Delete your account
A secure way to remove your Dropventure account and its game data.
Your Player ID is not a password.
This deletes your Dropventure account, including a guest account, along with its progress, wallet, crystals, perks, and game upgrades. It cannot be undone and does not issue a store refund. Limited security, deletion, and transaction records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Copy your Player ID from Menu → Account in the game.
- Request a code below, then open the updated game’s Account screen.
- Check the request reference, and enter the 8-digit code here only if you want to delete the account.
The code expires after 10 minutes, permits at most five guesses, and is tied to this browser request. You can reject an unexpected request inside the game.
Lost access to the game?
You can request help without reinstalling. Email onemanstudio.co.il@gmail.com and include your Player ID if known. We will explain what other evidence can verify ownership; a Player ID by itself is not proof. Never send passwords, deletion codes, card details, or purchase tokens.
